This property was purchased by The National Trust in 1986 and is the nest work of the landscape fi
designer Humphry Repton, who produced his proposals for the estate in 1812. The main estate
drive leads to the parkland through 20 hectares of specimen trees and rhododendrons. The other
paths lead through extensive woods, farmland and down to the coastal cliffs.
