Each year Mike Bossingham, ex-mayor of Cromer, takes on the
#Walk1000miles challenge. This year he is being sponsored for local charities. This quarter he is walking for Cromer Artspace, who have placed artworks around the town and now have obtained the lovely Art Deco Building on the West Prom to be an Arts Centre.
You can read about Artspace at:

He did 315 miles in the first quarter and his target for the second quarter is 300. He does all the miles on his daily walks and they are measured using Strava on his phone. These are automatically transferred to this year's virtula walk, from Cromer to it's two twin towns, Nidda in Germany and Crest in France. Starting in Cromer he is currently near Ghent in Belgium hopes to reach Nidda in this quarter.

The route is also via Cathedrals and already he has visted 7 Cathedrals virtually.
